Link management · Early access

Your links, on file.

Shortner URL turns long URLs into short, editable links — then keeps every one in a library you can search, label, and re-route for as long as you need. Not a toy shortener. A system of record for your links.

What it does

Shorten. Route. File.

Three operations, one library. Everything you create stays findable and editable.

Shorten

Short links with real names

Claim a slug that says what the link is — or take an auto-generated one. Short enough for a bio, clear enough for a report.

Route

Destinations you can change

Every link is a live route. Point it somewhere new whenever the campaign, offer, or page changes. The link you shared never breaks.

one slug → today's destination
File

A library, not a list

Label links by project, client, or channel. Add a note so future-you knows why it exists. Search the whole library in one box.

label: Campaigns · note: swap Dec 1

The core idea

The link is permanent. The destination isn't.

Once a link is out in the world — in posts, emails, print, other people's bookmarks — you can't take it back. So the link should be the stable part, and the destination should be the part you control.

Marchrouted to→ the waitlist page
Aprilrouted to→ the launch announcement
Junerouted to→ the product page it was all for

Every post that carried the link in March still works in June. Nothing re-shared, nothing edited, nothing 404s.

Who it's for

Anyone whose links outlive their campaigns

Marketing teams

One short link per campaign, re-routed as the funnel changes — no re-briefing designers for a URL swap.

Affiliate & partner marketers

Keep offer links current when programs rotate. Update the route, not fifty placements.

Small businesses

Print it on the menu, the flyer, the van. When the page moves, the link doesn't.

No link rot

Links don't expire and we don't recycle slugs. What you file stays filed until you delete it.
